In other words my "urban" driving probably has less traffic lights than yours so I get the following. With BP Ultimate diesel I get 9.5L/100Km or converting (283.7 divided by 9.5=29.8mpg Imp.) With ordinary diesel I get 10.5L/100Km, converting gives 27mpg Imp. So not a huge difference to your figures.
