I would guess it might be the turbo return oil feed which will have a washer either side and the bolt goes through the centre. Managed to find it though, right at the back of the engine, halfway down. Ball ache of a job, but seems to have solved the problem, and has cleared the engine management light for now.
CRDi 90 89 D4FBL 2007 - 2010 Replacement turbo parts for Kia, Cee'd. For more information call us 01174 288107 . I am really confused about which oil specification to use for the Kia 1.6 CRDI 2010, I know the manual says API Service CH-4 or above, ACEA B4 for non DPF Kia. I have seen an oil made by Chevron ACEA A4/B5 API SL/CF, can this oil be used for the Kia 1.6 CRDI? Many thanks.

Cee'd SW 1.6CRDI engine faultering. Have a one year old ceed which we have had from new. 6000miles on clock. We have a continuing problem with the engine flat spotting. at about 1800rpm in third/forth gear. it is almost as though its searching for fuel.
